Incident Closed – Twilio Service Disruption

All issues related to the Twillio outage have now been resolved. The primary impact was experienced by Dealerdesk, which is now operating normally.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide support if any further issues impact our services.

Investigation update

We are investigating an issue with one of our third party providers [Twillio] that may be impacting multiple products and users, it is likely this is linked to the global issues affecting the AWS infrastructure. We will update this page when we have more information.

Normal Dealerweb Showroom operations have resumed

Unfortunately, during the migration, some elements took longer than expected. To minimise customer disruption, we were unable to complete the AWS migration within the given timeframe and have therefore reverted to the existing server services. We are addressing the unexpected challenges and will plan accordingly to complete the migration in due course. We will provide notice when we plan to proceed and aim to keep showroom disruption to a minimum.

Dealerweb Showroom

On Monday 24th June 2024 we will be performing a planned AWS (Amazon Web Services) server migration for Dealerweb Showroom users. This is an essential upgrade that will allow us to improve our auto scaling capability and accommodate business growth ensuring the continuity of service that we provide to you. There will be no change to the user experience or platform functionality.

To minimise disruption, we are carrying out all scheduled work outside of standard showroom opening hours. The maintenance is set to begin at 18.00 on Monday 24th June, during this time Dealerweb Showroom will be unavailable. We are expecting normal service to resume from 07.00 on Tuesday 25th June.

Server relocation completed

We’re delighted to confirm on Sunday 23rd June 2024, we successfully performed a planned AWS (Amazon Web Services) server relocation for CitNOW Appraise and CitNOW Triage, allowing us to improve our auto scaling capability and accommodate business growth as well as ensuring the continuity of service that we provide.

CitNOW Appraise and CitNOW Triage

On Sunday 23rd June 2024 we will be performing a planned AWS (Amazon Web Services) server relocation for CitNOW Appraise and CitNOW Triage. Our hosting servers will remain in the EU, within AWS, and we will continue to follow our existing data protection principles. The relocation will allow us to improve our auto scaling capability and accommodate business growth ensuring the continuity of service that we provide to you.

To minimise disruption we are carrying out this work outside of core business hours. We anticipate downtime of approximately 2 hours from 5pm on Sunday 23rd June, during this time the system will be put into maintenance mode. We are expecting normal service to resume after this time with no changes to the user experience or functionality.
