Our development team have applied a fix to the server which appears to have fixed the issue, normal service has been resumed but we will continue to monitor.

Customers are reporting that they are unable to send videos to their customers, we are investigating the incident.

Incident Closed – Twilio Service Disruption
All issues related to the Twillio outage have now been resolved. The primary impact was experienced by Dealerdesk, which is now operating normally.
