Since joining CitNOW Group’s graduate programme in 2021 after graduating in my Computer Science degree, I’ve had the privilege of moving quickly from Junior Software Developer to Software Developer after the first year, alongside having won employee of the quarter in the first quarter after joining. I greatly enjoy the social and inclusive team I work with, and feel listened to even without having the most experience in the team. I’m looking forward to continuing advancing my opportunities at CitNOW Group and feel valued as a part of the Development Team.
