The CitNOW Group has launched its first ever Graduate Programme to recruit new talent interested in a career in the digital software space. The Group is currently looking for six graduates to join its new programme, which is due to start in September 2021, with positions available at CitNOW and Dealerweb.

CitNOW, the leading digital communications specialist, is recruiting for a Junior Designer to join its Marketing operation, and three Client Services Executives. There are also two opportunities within Dealerweb, the leading provider of showroom management systems. Based in Exeter, Dealerweb is searching for a Junior DevOps Engineer and a Junior Software Developer.

The programme is the perfect career opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for technology and an interest in the automotive world. The CitNOW Group welcomes applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and qualifications, with the goal to attract and nurture the very best talent. The application and interview process will be entirely online, and candidates are encouraged to submit a video explaining why they would be a good fit for the role as part of their application.

All successful applicants will benefit from the Group’s new flexible hybrid working model, with the opportunity to work remotely and from the company’s Exeter, Wokingham or Stirling offices. They will also be able to take advantage of all the other great benefits on offer such as wellness half-days and a competitive holiday entitlement.

“We know how challenging the past year has been for students, so we are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity to help graduates and young people starting out in their career,” comments CitNOW and Dealerweb’s HR & Academy Director Laura Haskins. “The CitNOW Group is expanding and there has never been a better time to join us. In fact, in a recent employee survey we found that 92% of our team would recommend CitNOW as a great place to work. Not only will successful applicants enjoy our highly competitive employee benefits, they will also receive a first-class onboarding experience with a mentor and a 12-month formal development programme to help them thrive.”

In order to develop the graduates’ skills and knowledge of the CitNOW Group, successful candidates will work within multiple areas of the business. During the 12 months, they will experience CitNOW’s wide range of learning and development initiatives, and will have the opportunity to participate in projects and research that contribute directly to the success of the business.

The CitNOW Group’s Graduate Programme forms part of its wider Future Talent Programme, which includes apprentice hires and summer internships. CitNOW is also sponsoring Autocar’s Drivers of Change initiative for the second year running, which aims to identify and promote the best talent across the automotive technology, digital and retail sectors.
