Mark King, Director of Group Operations has over 30 years industry experience in the automotive industry. Known for his operational excellence and commitment to enhancing customer experience, Mark is passionate about creating and optimising processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Ollie Parsons, Group Director of Customer Success, has over 20 years experience spanning across Corporate Sales and Product Management in vehicle and cross platform technology and aftersales strategy in leading OEM’s.
