A standout example of this commitment was seen in the lead-up to their transition to RTC Digital in early June. Ian Knight, Area Sales Manager at Yeomans Skoda, Exeter, played a key role in preparing his team for the change. Under his leadership, the team completed CitNOW Group’s Academy online training, adopted new working practices, and ensured a smooth rollout in close collaboration with CitNOW Group’s Implementation Consultant, Karen Suter.
