Our development team have applied a fix to the server which appears to have fixed the issue, normal service has been resumed but we will continue to monitor.

We have identified the root cause of the issue and our development team are working to get the issue resloved as soon as possible. A server loading issue has been detected.

Customers are reporting that they are unable to send videos to their customers, we are investigating the incident.
