The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Order Administrator to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, getting data right first time and supporting colleagues to keep processes running smoothly.
The role involves using our CRM (Salesforce), so strong attention to detail is essential to ensure data is accurate, consistent and up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for customer order and billing details
- Check data is correct and complete before processing
- Maintain accurate information in Salesforce
- Conduct full and thorough diagnostics with end users, ensuring all cases are progressed and cleared within SLA’s
- Work closely with our Salesforce team to ensure that processes are followed and offer your recommendations for improvements
- Provide support for our customers internally and externally throughout the order and billing life cycle
- Follow clear processes to make sure everything runs smoothly

Knowledge & Skills:
- An experienced Administrator, used to a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience using Salesforce is desirable but not essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
