The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product suite for the German market, where you’ll play a key role in validating and prioritising the roadmap, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver high-value solutions tailored for Germany that meet customer expectations, comply with regulations, and driving success. A deep understanding of GDPR and data regulations in Germany is essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the success of products and features in the German market, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with local regulations
  • Working with stakeholders, and colleagues such as Developers, Designers, Marketing etc to ensure a common understanding of objectives and priorities
  • Collecting and analysing ideas and feedback from customers, partners and stakeholders. Planning of these new features and changes, researching opportunities based on commercial and technical viabilities
  • Documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, detailed workflows, and functional or non-functional requirements associated with the features you are creating
  • Demonstrating new features and ideas to stakeholders, being prepared with excellent documentation in collaboration with the wider Product team
  • Manage experiments and pilots for the market, validating local adoption and compliance
  • Play an active role in mitigating any blockers to the successful delivery of sprints and take the lead within the scrum teams

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Product or Project Management experience with B2B SaaS product(s) within an agile/scrum methodology
  • Understanding of GDPR and data regulations in the German market
  • Excellent data-driven prioritisation skills and an ability to inspire and motivate others
