Dealerweb Showroom - Scheduled Maintenance
We would like to inform you that a third-party provider will be carrying out essential scheduled maintenance on 7th December 2025, at 5:00pm (GMT). This work will affect Dealerweb Showroom, and during this period, lead feeds will be temporarily unavailable.
This maintenance is necessary to safeguard the continued performance and reliability of the services we provide.

Incident Closed – Twilio Service Disruption
All issues related to the Twillio outage have now been resolved. The primary impact was experienced by Dealerdesk, which is now operating normally.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide support if any further issues impact our services.

Normal Dealerweb Showroom operations have resumed
Unfortunately, during the migration, some elements took longer than expected. To minimise customer disruption, we were unable to complete the AWS migration within the given timeframe and have therefore reverted to the existing server services. We are addressing the unexpected challenges and will plan accordingly to complete the migration in due course. We will provide notice when we plan to proceed and aim to keep showroom disruption to a minimum.
Dealerweb Showroom
On Monday 24th June 2024 we will be performing a planned AWS (Amazon Web Services) server migration for Dealerweb Showroom users. This is an essential upgrade that will allow us to improve our auto scaling capability and accommodate business growth ensuring the continuity of service that we provide to you. There will be no change to the user experience or platform functionality.
To minimise disruption, we are carrying out all scheduled work outside of standard showroom opening hours. The maintenance is set to begin at 18.00 on Monday 24th June, during this time Dealerweb Showroom will be unavailable. We are expecting normal service to resume from 07.00 on Tuesday 25th June.
