Sales Manager, DACH

The Role
In support of our ambitious growth plans in the DACH region, we are expanding our Sales Team in Germany and are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Sales Director, DACH. This is a remote/field based role involving regular travel to customer sites across the region.
The Sales Manager will play a key role in executing the full sales cycle across our industry-leading SaaS product portfolio, whilst working in collaboration with our Customer Success Team to drive the growth of our existing customer base through cross-selling activities.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end to end sales process from lead generation, prospecting, qualification, through to close
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and positive engage prospective customers within the DACH region
- Deliver detailed and enthusiastic product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers, remotely and on-site
- Develop a deep understanding of our growing SaaS product portfolio and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective customers
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Act as a key player in driving growth in one of our most critical regions by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Represent CitNOW Group at industry events and functions

Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven experience in a SaaS sales role, with a track record of managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving sales targets
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams
