Connected Dots
Tootle

Initially launched in 2015, Tootle became part of CitNOW Group in 2019 and has been redesigned as a part exchange appraisal platform to put retailers in full control of the part exchange process. Tootle uses independent data from cap hpi to provide an immediate valuation and then takes the customer through an easy to use process where they can provide images, video and a panel grader for the retailer to provide an accurate part exchange offer. The unique platform can be used independently via a bespoke retailer URL or through an integration with CitNOW Sales enabling customers to progress directly from their video presentation page. Tootle supports nearly 100 retailers in the UK with their part exchange process and since launch over £10m worth of vehicles have been valued through the platform.

Part exchange appraisals

Demand for used cars has boomed in recent years. Coupled with more of the buyer journey taking place away from the dealership forecourt, accurate part exchange appraisals can be challenging.

Tootle enables a seamless online valuation process for retailers using independent valuation data from cap hpi to provide accurate valuations to both parties during a part exchange transaction. Using Tootle, customers can submit their current vehicle‘s details remotely, accompanied by detailed images and videos. A panel grader also helps customers to report vehicle imperfections, assisting sales executives in making accurate appraisals. An intuitive, dealer-branded Tootle dashboard allows retailers to manage the entire process efficiently, including accessing valuation requests, checking a valuation status and making an offer.

The unique platform can be used independently via a bespoke retailer URL or through an integration with CitNOW Sales, enabling customers to progress directly from their video presentation page.

Furthermore, retailers can easily see new used cars in stock across their network via the shared central platform, while also staying ahead of market trends by monitoring stock levels and the latest part exchange pricing data.
